We treat each of our patient’s end-of-life journey with respect, kindness, compassion and support. Our family-centered approach works to ensure that the needs and wishes of both our patients and their family members are met throughout the hospice experience. We provide a wide range of hospice care services that include physician, nursing, therapy, social work, counseling, personal and spiritual care. We are currently looking for companion volunteers to offer time and whatever talents you may have to assist our patients and their families. Volunteering with AseraCare Hospice is a great way to gain exposure to and become comfortable in the health care setting. Requirements include compassion, empathy, and 4 hours of direct service a month. Training on hospice philosophy and how to provide services provided.
